BRYZUNE / INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains how information may be handled when people browse and use Bryzune.

1. Who operates Bryzune

Bryzune is an independently owned and operated Canada-focused hotel discovery website. The website is owned and operated by Teodosia Lloyd.

Website Owner: Teodosia Lloyd
Office Address: 8246 Man O War Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, United States
Email: [email protected]

2. Scope

Bryzune is a Canada-focused hotel discovery service. The public collection can be browsed without creating an account or submitting identity information directly to Bryzune.

3. Information processed automatically

Web hosting, content delivery, security and website infrastructure may receive an IP address, general device and browser information, language preference, requested URL, referring page, date and time, approximate region and technical diagnostic events. These records may support page delivery, abuse prevention, debugging, reliability and security.

4. Search, filters and Trip Canvas

Search terms and province filters are generally processed within the browser. Hotels added to Trip Canvas are stored in local browser storage on the visitor's own device. Bryzune does not require an account for this feature. The list can be changed or erased through the interface or by clearing site data in browser settings.

5. Dates and availability requests

Dates selected on a hotel page may be used to continue towards the hotel or another external destination. Bryzune does not complete a reservation and is not intended to receive payment-card details, passport information, health information or other sensitive personal data.

6. Cookies, local storage and measurement

Essential browser storage may be used to remember saved stays and basic interface preferences. Bryzune also uses Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Analytics, advertising or measurement technologies may process information according to their configuration and applicable consent requirements.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, those technologies should only be used after the appropriate choice or consent has been obtained. Browser controls can restrict or remove cookies and local storage, although certain convenience features may then stop working.

7. External hotel, map and booking services

Links may open an official hotel website, map provider or reservation service. Those third parties act under their own privacy notices and decide what information they collect. Visitors should review the privacy notice shown by the destination before providing personal or payment information.

8. Purposes and legal grounds

Technical data may be processed to provide requested pages, maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose technical issues, understand aggregate performance and comply with applicable obligations. Depending on the jurisdiction, these purposes may rely on performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, consent or a legal obligation.

9. Sharing and international processing

Limited technical information may be handled by infrastructure, security, analytics, tag-management or content-delivery suppliers that support operation of the website. Internet services can involve processing in more than one country. Appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used where required.

10. Retention

Technical and security records should be kept only for the period reasonably necessary for operation, troubleshooting, investigation, legal compliance and dispute handling. Locally saved Trip Canvas data remains on the visitor's device until removed by the visitor or browser.

11. Security

Reasonable organisational and technical measures may be used to reduce unauthorised access, alteration and loss. No internet transmission, browser, device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Some Bryzune functions store information only on the visitor's device, so those items must be managed through that device or browser.

Privacy-related requests can be sent to [email protected].

13. Children

Bryzune is a general travel discovery service and is not directed to children. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to this policy

This notice may be revised when the service, technology, suppliers or legal requirements change. The updated date at the beginning of this page identifies the current version.
