2. Purpose of Bryzune
Bryzune is an independent hotel discovery and editorial interface focused on Canada. It helps visitors explore accommodation by province, city, travel theme and property information. Bryzune is not a hotel, travel agency, tour operator, reservation platform, payment processor or party to any accommodation contract.
3. No booking relationship
Selecting a hotel, dates or guests on Bryzune does not reserve a room, hold inventory, lock a rate or create a contract. A booking exists only when the hotel or external reservation provider confirms it under that provider's terms.
4. External booking contract
If a visitor continues to a hotel or external booking provider and completes a reservation, the resulting agreement is between the traveller and that external party. The provider controls payment, confirmation, cancellation, refunds, taxes, fees and customer support for that transaction.
5. Hotel information
Names, descriptions, photographs, addresses, coordinates, room references, facilities, contact details and classifications may originate from hotel information sources and may change without notice.
